– I just wanna do a jump on here today real quick and talk about dayparting for your Amazon advertising campaigns. So real quick, we wanna talk about what dayparting is and why you should be using it if you’re not using it right now. So dayparting is where you’re scheduling your ads at different times of the day or different days of the week. Unfortunately, it’s something you can’t do inside of Seller Central, yourself. It’s something that you’d need. You could, you can set a timer and you could, be pausing and turning on ads, at different times of the day. But if you want to automate it, you would need a service, which is one thing that Sellozo offers is dayparting. And you can see here we are in our PPC manager section, I’m gonna scroll down to our list of campaigns and in our user interface, it is very easy to set up dayparting, parameters for each campaign. So you can see here, I can turn on dayparting for this campaign and then set when I want my ads to run at the hour level. So this is dayparting. This is what, when you have your parameters set, our tool is gonna go into your account and pause and turn on your campaigns based on these parameters. Now, why would you want to do dayparting? Well, there are two sorts of main reasons why dayparting, can be very effective in your, advertising strategies. Number one, budget conservation. Let’s see here, let’s say you’ve got campaigns running. They tend to run out in the middle of the day and you don’t have the budget to increase those daily budgets. Well, you could conserve your budget by turning your ads off in the middle of the night so that your ads do run without running out of budget, during the middle of the day. So this is a common strategy for budget conservation. The second reason and one of the main reasons you should be using dayparting is to AB test different times of the day. So, unfortunately again, inside Seller Central or Vendor Central in your ad campaigns, Amazon does not give you the data of when what time of day or what days of the week your campaigns are the most successful. So you have to test them. So again, what we can do inside the Sellozo platform is we can easily clone campaigns. So we could take this particular campaign, clone it, creating an identical campaign, and then run these campaigns at different times of the day or different times of the week. And then we will have that data, after a certain amount of time of running these ads of which days, and which times of the day are the most successful for your campaigns. Now there are lots of examples of how this works, but you should be testing, the different times of the day for your campaigns. Some examples of this, where this be very successful is let’s say the, your product is a B2B product. You might find that advertising, outside of normal business hours is ineffective, that during those normal business hours is when you’re getting your best conversion rates. That’s the most traffic that’s where you wanna be. So if you’re wasting budget outside of those, it could be affecting your campaigns and it could be inefficient. So you could have two different strategies. You could have a strategy for during those peak times when your buyers are where you’re more aggressive with your campaigns by higher target costs, et cetera, and then vice versa you could have them have a much, less aggressive strategy outside of that. Another way, that you see a lot, let’s say you’re selling a big-ticket item, something like a mattress that’s expensive that needs, both spouses to be together to make the buying decision. You might find that in the evenings is your best conversion rate for that. And so that’s where you wanna put the most budget, and that’s where you want to have the most aggressive strategy. So dayparting allows you to find out when your ads are the most successful so that you can, assign different strategies for different times of the day. So that’s the benefit of dayparting, I highly encourage you, if you’re not doing it to start dayparting, some of your ads for testing and for budget conservation.
